We've placed a beautiful salmon portion on a pre-soaked cedar plank cut to plate size. All you have to do is thaw and place on the grill or in the oven. In minutes you'll be ready to serve an amazing entrée to your guests delicately infused with the taste and aroma of cedar wood. Mmmmm... so easy and so delicious.
Place salmon still on the plank in oven or on grill preheated to 425°F/220°C. Cook for 14-18 minutes or until core temperature reaches 158°F/70°C.
