Returns & Customer Satisfaction Policy
At Backyard Meats, we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@backyardmeats.ca. Please include your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue, along with photos where applicable.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on food items. However, we are committed to reviewing all concerns and working with you to find a fair resolution.
Once your request is received, our customer support team will create a service ticket and respond within two business days. Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for review.
We value your business and will do everything reasonably possible to address concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
