Cooking Instructions
For best results, thaw before cooking.
1) Pan-fry until brown. Add water, cover to steam.
2) Deep fry at 350°F for 2-3 minutes.
Broth / Soup:
1) Product is fully cooked and therefore can be added directly to soup from the thawed state with no further preparation. With that said internal temperature must reach 140°F. To achieve this proceed with either a or b below.
a. Pre-heat dumplings using steam or a boil preparation method. Once at temp (140°F) the product can be added directly to a hot soup. Hold as you would any other soup product.
b. Add thawed dumplings to the soup of choice. Bring soup to a rolling boil for 2-3 minutes to ensure dumplings have reached an appropriate temperature. Hold as you would any other soup product
